You do not need a title to be a leader in our ministry. CCM encourages students to take up the call to serve as a lay leader as we plan, coordinate, and facilitate our activities. The easiest way to help lead CCM is by participating in our weekly CCM Business Meeting or CCM Formation Meeting.

The purpose of the Business Meeting is to plan activities happening in the immediate future. Specifically, we will determine topics/activities for upcoming events (e.g. UNite, Men's/Women's Groups, Bible Study, etc.), discuss new small groups or events, assign individuals to specific tasks, evaluate CCM events from the previous week, make budget and expenditure decisions, etc..

The purpose of the Formation Meeting is to grow as individuals through different forms of prayer and direct instruction on how to be a leader.

All who want to serve as a leader in our ministry are welcome to participate in both meetings.
